He's the first homegrown Husker to win an NCAA title since 2000, and he's back for one more run at 157. He tells Mike about the Big Ten loss to Tyler Kasak he still rewatches, the talk from James Green after going 1-2 in Vegas, why you have to be a savage in the practice room, and how opening up on the best guys in the Nebraska room changed his career. Then the technical side: why college matches get won on top, why a little Greco makes the body lock his best position, and how a knee injury taught him to hand fight. Joel asks how he walks forward without getting caught. Plus the Nebraska lineup, what it feels like to line up in Lincoln looking at your own family, his all-Nebraska Mount Rushmore, and the push-out rule.
