Using Athletor IQ data, they look at how Stephen Little went from the 161st recruit on the big board to 7th, 6th and then 3rd at NCAAs, and how Little Rock led the Pac-12 in NCAA points while ranking 8th in recruiting. Kai explains why a program founded in 2019 wins by finding and developing kids, why not having football helps, the fears young wrestlers have to conquer, and why he would take headgear out of the sport. 🎙️ ABOUT ATHLETOR PODCAST The Athletor Podcast brings you conversations with the coaches, athletes, and minds shaping wrestling.
